WETS Radio Johnson City TN broadcast 2006
The photo was taken on old US 90 west of Lafayette, LA, before the ravages of Katrina (the motel was merely ravaged by it's own existence and location).  The song is one of mine, written some years later, after I learned that many folks call a catalytic converter a "Cadillac Converter."  The "protagonist" is under that false impression, and shuttles up and back US 90, "aimin' at work or sin," possibly with the Rebel Motel in mind.  Free MP3 from Bill "Cadillac Converter"
